Dr Calaf joined our practice in 2014 shortly after completing his Nephrology Fellowship at the esteemed Houston Methodist under the tutelage of Dr Wadi Suki.

A Puerto Rico native, he fell in love with the Sonoma weather and culture shortly after moving here.

He is well-versed in all aspects of kidney care, including end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and dialysis management. This extends to home therapies including peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.

He is the medical director of the Lakeport Davita, Santa Rosa Satellite Wellbound and DCI Ukiah dialysis units.

Dr Calaf sees patients in our Santa Rosa clinic.
